Piotr Jeleński, Asseco SEE
Piotr Jeleński has a broad experience in establishing new businesses in various countries including South-Eastern Europe and Turkey. He has been President of the Management Board of Asseco South Eastern Europe S.A. since July 2007.
Prior to his current position, between 2002 and 2009, Piotr Jeleński worked as a CFO of Softbank and following Softbank’s merger into Asseco Poland, as a CFO of Asseco Poland and Board Member. Before that, from 1996 through 2001, he worked as Deputy Director for CA IB Financial Advisers.
Piotr Jeleński is a graduate of Warsaw University, where he obtained a Master of Economics degree with a specialization in Organization and Management. He also graduated from Aston Business School in Birmingham, UK with Master of Business degree.
Adam Wolszczak, Country Leader, Asseco SEE Romania
Adam has joined Asseco South Eastern Europe in March 2018 as Group Delivery Director and he will continue in this role parallelly to being Country Leader of ASEE in Romania. His scope of responsibilities as Group Delivery Director encompass delivery and operational governance. As Country Leader Adam will provide guidance on delivery process improvements and recommend changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for area of responsibility.
Adam comes to Asseco with close to 20 years of experience in the industry, including senior roles in HP, DXC managing local and regional IT delivery units. He previously served as Chief Of Operations in the Global Applications Services Unit at DXC Technology where he was responsible for leading efforts in key strategic and operational activities for the 4’000+ IT organization. He specializes in complex IT outsourcing operations, lean process improvements (Black Belt certified) and delivery excellence projects, passionate about people development and team building.
Graduated with a BS in Engineering and Masters in Business Administration from the Technical University of Lodz. Recently awarded postgraduate certificate from Stanford University.
Cristian Dubalaru, Asseco SEE
Cristian Dubalaru graduated from university of Bucharest, Faculty of Mathematics, Computer Science Department in 1995. Cristian started his professional career as research assistant at The National Institute for Research & Development in Informatics (ICI). He worked at National Bank of Romania as Software Engineer from 1997. In 1999 he joined CEC Bank as leader of the team responsible with developing core banking satellite applications. He worked also at Alpha Bank as Enterprise Architect and from 2002 he joined FIBa Software. Currently he is Product Manager at Asseco SEE.
Slobodan Amidzic, BU Manager & Product Manager, Asseco SEE
Experienced professional with 18 years in banking software industry and extensive knowledge and skills related to banking, software architecture and technology. Currently responsible as BU Manager & Product Manager for Digital Origination. In his career, he has participated successfully in more than 25 implementation projects in banks across South-eastern Europe and was among key people in development and improvements of 2 major Asseco SEE software brands – PUB 2000 and Experience.
Affinity for innovation and challenging problems puts him often in the center of the action where he resides thanks to common sense, inquiring mind, creativity, and passion for work.
Marko Rankovic, Executive Director, ChipCard
Marko Rankovic is senior banking professional and lecturer, focused mostly on payments processing. He is working in Payment/Banking industry for 12+ years.
Marko managed and worked on significant number of long and complex banking and IT industry programs/projects (150+ ) throughout his professional carrier.
His experience spanning through the most renowned international companies, such as Euronet Worldwide Inc., SAS Institute, Telenor/Telenor banka and Asseco/Payten – and he is focused to help the Clients to grow their business through providing expertise and technology.
Marko has joined Chip Card in 2016, as Executive Director (co-CEO) and Chief Technology Officer.
Apart from a professional carrier, he is University professor at Information Technology School and Research Fellow at Institute of Economic Sciences, and has published 1 book and more than 30 scientific papers.
Aleksandar Milosevic, Chief Software Architect, Asseco SEE
As a Chief Software Architect in Asseco SEE Aleksandar focuses on architecture of Asseco’s banking software and standardization efforts within the industry.
As a representative of Asseco at Banking Industry Architecture Network (BIAN), Aleksandar serves as member of Architecture committee and a member of Channels and API working groups.
Leading Asseco virtual team for PSD2, Aleksandar is familiar with details of PSD2 Directive, EBA RTS, OAuth2 & OpenID Connect protocols, Berlin Group NextGenPSD2, UK Open Banking, STET PSD2 and Polish API specifications. During the market comments phase, Aleksandar contributed to Berlin Group NextGenPSD2 API specification. Currently writing an e-Book that attempts to demystify PSD2 in technical terms.
Active in banking software industry since 1999, Aleksandar has designed hundreds of open banking APIs, award winning e-banking, e-payment, PKI systems and participated in 70+ projects with more than 40 different banks.
Adrian Badea, IT Security Consultant, Asseco SEE
Adrian is an IT Security Consultant at ASSECO SEE Romania, with more than 5 years of experience in Cyber Security area.
His primary domain of expertise is Network and Application Security, Data Privacy with a specific interest in designing and implementing solutions that protect customer’s infrastructure and digital data.
As a Security Engineer, he provides a hands-on and real-world perspective of data protection, risk management, and threat prevention.
Zdravko Barec, Solution Sales Specialist, Payten
Zdravko is responsible for business development and presales activities for a wide portfolio of payment products and solutions produced by Payten and Asseco SEE in areas such as POS and ATM key management, 3D secure enabled online payment and mobile device payment.
He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, at the University of Zagreb. He has a broad working experience for Croatian IT companies oriented to the international market in both technical and sales domain.
His focus is digital transformation and innovative payment solutions with deep insight into both technical and business aspects of such objectives.
Cihat Mus, Anti-Fraud Solutions Consultant, Asseco SEE
Cihat Mus is Asseco SEE Anti-Fraud Solutions Consultant with more than 10 years of experience in leading banks of Turkey.
He is experienced in Fraud Detection &Prevention, Enterperise Anti-Fraud Management and Internal Control.
Currently, he is providing anti-fraud consultancy to financial institutions in Turkey and SEE region.
Ivan Stijovic, Business Sales Specialist, Payten
Ivan is sales specialist managing payment business in SEE region.
He is focused on Payten portfolio specialized for ATM, POS, Processing, eCommerce business, mobile payments and fraud and security payment solutions.
Currently, he is in charge of managing payment projects for Banks in Serbia and SEE region.
He works on PHD studies in Information Technologies on Faculty of Organizational Science.
Before his professional career, he was competing in Karate for 15 years and was a Member of National Karate Team of Serbia.
Marjan Bogatinovski, Profit Center Manager, Asseco SEE
Marjan has acquired a master’s degree in electronics and telecommunications at Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Skopje. Since then he has built over 20 years ICT experience working in Academia, R&D, consultancy, telecom and software providers. He has been in charge for developing and launching networking and system integration products for major telecoms and business customers in in The Netherlands and Macedonia.
Currently he is managing Customer Centric Solutions department of Asseco SEE in Macedonia, taking care of product management, delivery and maintenance of contact center and customer experience management platforms that help driving customer’s business forward.
Ionut – Catalin Stanciu, KPMG
Ionut has over 11 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining KPMG, Ionut led an Efficiency Management team in one of the top 5 banks in Romania, where he was involved in numerous transformational projects across most of the areas a bank: Retail, Corporate Lending, Compliance, Operational Center etc.
He managed to adapt and apply Lean methodology mixing process reengineering principles with one of the latest technologies in place, RPA. He searched, identified and implemented RPA on numerous activities in various areas of a bank.
Also, he is a certified Executive Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Currently, he manages the Innovation & Technology department in KPMG.
Bogdan Popescu – Marketing & Operations Director @Microsoft
Management executive having over 20 years’ experience, with solid background in Commercial & Operational activities, across Oil & Gas, Wholesale, Agri business and software industries.
Over 15 years with Shell and more than 5 with METRO, he has worked in 4 countries, leading culturally diverse teams and being in charge with various operations, the biggest having more than $2 bln. PA turnover and an operational annual budget more than €30 mln.
Currently enjoying being part of a great company that is transforming not only its own industry, but the whole landscape of ( the classic) economy: Microsoft.
Carmen Petre, Sales Manager Payten (in Romania)
Carmen, an experienced professional with 20 years in payment technologies industry has joined Asseco SEE since 2012, as Sales Manager within Payments Business Unit.
With long experience in Sales on the payment technologies market and with ASEE separating its business unit for sales, development and support of Payment Solutions and incorporating all this in a new company – Payten – she will be responsible for the growth of Payten on the Romanian market, in terms of sales and profit.
